Meet the Team

Dawson Mullin received his undergraduate degree from the University of Victoria in 2004 and his law degree from Bond University in Australia in 2007.  He started Dawson Mullin Law Corp in 2011 and has since built one of the busiest real estate law practices in Victoria.

Dawson has substantial experience and knowledge in the areas of residential and commercial real estate and mortgage transactions.  Each year he assists thousands of clients buying, selling and mortgaging property all over British Columbia. Dawson also practices in the areas of estate planning and corporate law.

In his spare time, Dawson enjoys travelling, sports and spending time with his young family and friends.

Dylan Taylor joined Dawson Mullin Law after being called to the bar in 2021.

Dylan arranges and facilitates buying, selling, refinancing, and managing residential real estate throughout British Columbia. Dylan also advises clients on mortgage transactions, contracts, and tenancy disputes. In addition to his real estate practice, Dylan assists clients with their estate planning needs.

Dylan works closely with his clients to ensure that he has accurately and fully explained the intricacies and complexities that may arise during their transaction. He is committed to reducing the stress associated with the purchase, sale, or refinance of real estate. As such, Dylan prides himself on being available to answer his client’s questions before, during, and after the closing of a transaction. To ensure that his clients are well taken care of, Dylan is easily reached by phone, e-mail, text messaging, or even a DM on Instagram [@yyjlawyer].

Dylan completed his JD at Thompson Rivers University Faculty of Law (TRU) in 2020. As a law student, Dylan was the recipient of the Dean’s Course Prize in Legislation, Administration, and Policy, sat on TRU’s Admissions Committee, and served as an Editor for TRU’s faculty law journal. He also was a finalist in the Hockey Arbitration Competition of Canada, which he now coaches.

Dylan grew up in Campbell River before moving to Victoria in the summer of 2008. Prior to attending law school, he graduated from the University of Victoria with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science in 2014. In his spare time, Dylan enjoys travelling, golfing, playing ice hockey, and watching NFL games.

Max Cadillac-Molson joined Dawson Mullin Law in July 2025 after relocating to Victoria from Prince George. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of Northern British Columbia and a Juris Doctor from Thompson Rivers University. He was called to the British Columbia bar in 2023.

Max’s practice includes real estate, wills and estate planning, and corporate and commercial law. Before joining Dawson Mullin Law, he articled and practiced at a full-service firm in Prince George, where he developed a client-focused approach with a strong emphasis on clear plain language communication.

He is known for his personable approach and his ability to explain legal issues in straightforward practical terms. Whether assisting with a will, the purchase or sale of a home, or a business transaction, he focuses on guiding clients through each step, so they feel comfortable and supported.

Outside of work, Max is an avid fantasy football fan and enjoys staying active through sports such as pickleball and golf. He can often be found on long walks around the city, spending time with friends and family, or spending time at home with his cat, Chai.

Kevin Kisser provides general solicitor services in the areas of wills and estate planning, probate and estate administration, residential and commercial real estate, and corporate and commercial law. Kevin centres his practices on providing strong client service, emphasizing responsive, direct communication and practical advice for his clients.

Kevin was born and raised in Barrhead, Alberta and obtained a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Alberta in 2016. Kevin moved to the West Coast to attend law school at the University of Victoria, where he received his JD degree in 2021. Following law school, Kevin articled at a local full-service firm and continued with that firm before joining Dawson Mullin Law in 2025.

Outside of work, Kevin stays busy with a young family and enjoys getting out on his boat, traveling, and golfing.
